It’s that time of the year again folks. Infotel, apart from being South Asia’s Premier ICT exposition, is also Sri Lanka’s largest ICT exposition. Organized by the Federation of Information Technology Industry Sri Lanka (FITIS), the event will have its 14th iteration from the 20th to the 22nd of November 2015 at BMICH.
With Sri Lanka poised to be ‘The IT Hub’ of South Asia, this year’s Infotel will revolve around the theme of “Connecting Citizens”, not only via communication but by also providing a whole new world of intelligent devices and systems.
Being the flagship event of FITIS, INFOTEL has evolved into the largest technology exhibition held in Sri Lanka. As such the event is heavily supported by those in key areas of the country’s economy. The exhibition will be featuring the widest range of ICT solutions and services and will provide a lucrative platform to either launch your next best unconventional idea or strategy or learn and expand from others. Just have a look at what Infotel can offer you below (taken from the Infotel website)
Apart from this, Sri Lanka Telecom PLC has organized an eSports Tournament as well. Boasting a prize pool close to One Million rupees, the event will bring together clans and teams from around the country for 3 days of intense multiplayer gaming alongside Infotel.
Featuring some of the most sought after titles and held up to international standards, this will be unlike any tournament held in Sri Lanka!
We are also proud to announce that ReadMe, for the 4th consecutive year, will be joining and attending Infotel 2015 as official Digital Media Partner. This means that you would probably see a few ReadMe T-shirt clad people running up and down catching the entire essence of Infotel to give it to you, the reader.
