On the 29th of March, we saw the folks at Enhanzer (Pvt) Ltd launch the latest version of their flagship product, eZuite. The company also announced its’ partnership with Microsoft with eZuite being supported by Microsoft Azure. For those of you who don’t know, eZuite is a cloud based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software that integrates with a number of key operations in an organization.
So What Exactly Does eZuite Offer?
What eZuite offers is real time analytics and a series of module based components. These modules include components such as ePayroll and eLogistics, which essentially automates your payroll management process and allows you to track your delivery vehicles respectively. These modules are aimed at not only large businesses but also SME’s.
Speaking at the event, Lashan Silva – Founder of Enhanzer mentioned about the fact that SMEs being the backbone of the country and how empowering them would benefit the economy at large. He also talked about the IT challenges a business would usually face, before proceeding to talk about the eZuite modules one by one. So what are these modules exactly? Here’s what they offer.
- eDistribute – For sharing/distributing goods and services
- ePayroll – This automates your payroll management process
- eMobile – Sales force automation for mobile
- eLogistics – Allows you to track and manage all the vehicles
- ePoS – Lets you integrate a Point of Sales operation
- eDocs – Aims to transform your office to a paperless environment.
But all in all, how much will it cost you though? As of now, you can get on board with eZuite via 4 monthly subscription plans, ranging from $5 to $200 per month.
eZuite: A Few Testaments
Lashan went on to introduce the audience to a few of Enhanzer’s customers that have been using eZuite. The first, was Hiran Abeygoonaratne – Group Director of the George Gooneratne Group. Hiran shared how eZuite’s flexibility has helped his business over the years. For example: he shared that each showroom has an allocated budget. The system ensures all the showrooms to stick to the budget.
Another case study we saw was by Devaka Ekanayake from the Serenity Group. This is a company that operates primarily in Uganda as one of its biggest players in the food industry. According to Devaka , eZuite allowed them to improve efficiency in their back office and obtain greater control of their supply chain. Before concluding, Devaka went on to comment that the handiest feature of was that it was very easy to learn and Enhanzer was flexible with their requirements.
