Hello again, as we march into the month of March (pun intended), it’s that time of the month again. Time to sell your soul roundup this month’s fantastic gadgets and where we can find them. If you’re new to the series, then our criteria for gadgets is simple. All gadgets listed here fall under a certain price category and are generally available in stock at the time of this article being published.

On to the list of gadgets, rode the geeks

For March, we’re looking at a maximum price of LKR 12,000/-. This is so that oyu won’t fork over your entire life savings to a gadget that you see in this article. It also means that we have to provide the most bang for the buck list of gadgets as well. So without further ado, here are our top 5 fantastic gadgets for March 2018 and where to find them.

Google Chromecast

In case we haven’t covered it before, we’re doing so again. The Google Chromecast is a must have gadget for any geek. It essentially turns your TV into a smart TV with a plethora of apps and features. For example, you can cast your phone’s screen onto a TV or monitor and watch movies and videos. You can even browse videos on Facebook.

If that wasn’t enough, you can even launch your favorite games on your phone and see it on the big screen. How cool is that, right? With the Google Home app being updated, the Google Chromecast has undergone a complete overhaul and can play a key role in how you interact with your favorite content.

Steelseries Rival 110 Gaming Mouse

Kicking things off is the SteelSeries Rival 110. We initially saw its predecessor, the Steelseries Rival 100 in one of our earlier lists. So what does the new Rival 110 offer? Well, for starters, it updates the mouse sensor to what Steelseries claims is SteelSeries TrueMove1 optical sensor.

This essentially means that you have 1:1 tracking across your mouse surface. So if you move the mouse an inch in real life, it will move an inch in the game as well. Other features include RGB lighing on the front and back of the mouse, 6 buttons, a maximum  of 7,200 CPI and zero hardware acceleration
