Intro
Day One. That phrase describes the SEARCC in more ways than one. This is the inaugural session of the SEARCC International Conference – an epic 3-day mini-summit concerning all things ICT. Today is the beginning, the spark that lights the fire, as it is: the meat of the conference – two days of expert opinions on some of the most important technological changes this country is facing – is ahead of us. We’re sitting here facing a small host of VIPs in the local computing industry, not to mention plenty of good food courtesy of Galadari Hotel, Colombo. Let’s begin!
