5 CCIE’S live On One Stage, a successful event

Organized by the WinSys Networks  5 CCIE’S live On One Stage, was successfully held at Excel world on September 8th 2012  with around 75 participants.

The CCIE certification is awarded by CISCO Systems and it is universally acknowledged to be one of the most prestigious as well as difficult to attain certifications for networking professionals. It is considered as a doctorate in Information technology field. Being certified a CCIE signifies that the individual possesses a highly specialized skill set pertaining to the field of networking. According to current estimates, only a few networking professionals in the world are CCIEs.  Each year, the examination is taken by thousands of applicants at centers all over the world and certification is awarded only after the candidate passes a written exam followed by a highly challenging lab test. Generally, multiple attempts are required for a candidate to pass the lab test, which is the final step to certification. Given the rigorous procedure, it is obvious why only a select few succeed in obtaining the certification.

The 5 CCIE’s were Mr. Harith Kariapper (B.Sc.Eng. M.Sc., Quadruple CCIE –8661),  Mr. Rizni Kariapper (CCIE-27911-Voice) (Worlds’ youngest CCIE) , Mr. Shibly Ibrahim (B.Sc., M.Sc., CCIE – 31016-Voice), Mr. Jameel Rifthy (B.Sc. Eng., CCIE –24289-RS),  and Mr. Rizvi Musthafa (CCIE –25867- Voice).

The full day session ended where the CCIE’s  answered not only the technical questions but also the challenges they faced to achieve their current positions.
